Prague--Day 2

Once again I am too tired to write a full explanation of today's events. However, I will give you another photo caption/photography tour of our day.

It snowed last night---this is the view from our hotel window.

Ben on our balcony.

We climbed the clock tower and saw a beautiful view of the city.

The Christmas market setup below in the square.

Beautiful snow topped roofs.

The clock tower we climbed up!

A huge wall can be found in Prague dedicated to John Lennon!

Me next to John Lennon wall.

We took a tram up to a high point in the city.
Up there you could really see the snow.

A tower that we climbed up.

More views of Prague from up high.

One of the best pictures of the whole trip.

We found someone to take our picture finally!

Another picture of us in the square.

The city at night is breathtaking.

Christmas market in full swing.

They did the tree lighting tonight!

Charles Bridge at night.

Ben's '007' pose for the night.

My attempt at pretending to be a 'spy'.

Merry Christmas!

Prague--Day 1

After walking around Prague for 10 hours today I am a little tired to say the least. So pardon my laziness and enjoy the photo captions and pictures of our first full day in Prague. :)

Old Town Square area.

While waiting by the clock we saw a wedding walk by.

Astronomical Clock chiming the hour.

Want a carriage ride--only $20 Euro per person!

Puppets are for sale everywhere.

Painted ceramic eggs and nesting dolls are also very popular.

On Charles Bridge.

As Ben put it, "Another Jesus on the cross.
How many do we have to see in Europe?"

American Embassy

Prague Castle--not the most friendly of entrances.

Prague Cathedral

Ben in front of the Cathedral.

Changing of the Guard.

Over looking the city.

Ben got very cold!

Enjoying the sites.

A beautiful door handle we saw while walking.

Jewish Synagog

Jewish Cemetery

Ben is once again very cold.

A random Christmas tree.

Museum of Natural History in Wenceslas Square.

Our dinner's were traditional Czech cuisine.

I convinced Ben to order a beer for dinner. His first beer in Europe!

Me enjoying his beer.

Ben actually drinking a beer.
